The story behind Via Consulting
My name is Sara Jonasson Ginters and I'm the founder of Via Consulting. After almost 17 years and a very exciting international career in IT, I decided to close one door to be able to open another. I handed in my resignation notice and started Via Consulting with a dream - to contribute to more equal, diverse and inclusive organizations.

My Why
I'm driven by a deep commitment to contribute to change for a more inclusive working life. By building diverse organizations and through an inclusive approach, we can take advantage of all the skills and potential that all individuals carry with them.

My Offer
My offer to you is to help you take the next steps in developing a more inclusive organization.

My Values
Some of the key words that are important to me and that characterize my work are quality, professionalism, integrity, empathy, and a little bit of impatience. And I'm driven by a conviction that we must dare to think and do in new ways, in order to bring about real change.

My Background
I've worked in customer service, sales, business development, business operations and as a manager in most of those functions.
I have experience of non-profit board work as chairman and member of the Professional Women's Network Stockholm and the Red Cross Södermalm. For two years I led Cisco's internal women's network.
I'm one of the coordinators behind #teknisktfel, the technology industry's metoo movement.
In 2019 I won the award as the new entrepreneur of the year in Nacka and in 2020 I was one of the nominees in the Diversity Leader of the year award by Nordic Women in Tech awards!
I grew up in Rågsved AND in Östermalm and have lived in Dublin, Amsterdam and Copenhagen. Now I live in Nacka outside Stockholm with my two daughters.
