I believe that most companies implement various programs and initiatives to try to address the gender gap in tech and it with the best intentions. But I don't think enough companies have asked certain foundational questions before implementing those programs or initiatives. I'm sure that if organizations answer these three questions, they will be much more likely to deliver results in this space.
The questions are
1. What programs or initiatives are we running today?
2. Why are we running those specific initiatives?
3. What are the results we are getting?
Answering those questions will give you a good baseline to focus and build initiatives that will deliver results towards achieving your goals!
