According to the Swedish Discrimination Law all employers must conduct annual salary reviews. Those with more than 10 employees also need to document the process. The purpose of salary reviews is to identify and address unequal salaries between women and men. But salary reviews is also an efficient method to identify opportunities to improve your salary policies, salary and employment development plans and of course, brand your organization as an attracive employer who cares about gender equality.
I offer support throughout the whole process in conducting salary reviews. An important part of my approach is to educate my customers at the same time so that you are able to do the review on your own in the future. I work with an established method and very structured approach in which I guide and support you through the process. Of course I can also offer support with individual steps in the process, for example planning the work or moderating the role evaluation part.
I work with the tool Analys Lönelots which is free and provided and developed by Lönelotsarna. The tool is fully compliant with the Swedish legal requirements and is a flexible and user friendly tool that can be adjusted to your organization.
During and after completed project, you own all your information and can therefore continue working with your ongoing reviews. All information is owned and managed by you.
I am one of the consultants in the network Lönelotsarna. We have worked with salaries since the mid 90s and have developed the methodology that underpin salary reviews.

The amount of time that is required to complete the salary review and pricing depends on a couple of factors - how many roles you have in the organization and what parts of the process you need support with.
